WHAT IS YOUR RAIN POLICY?
Our big tents are completely weather proof so a little rain won't dampen (pun intended) your plans. However, if there is severe weather or high winds we will have to reschedule or cancel with a full refund.
We want to keep everyone safe and our tent in good condition.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE BIG TENT?
Our big tents are 16 feet in diameter and require 24 x 24 feet of flat grassy area to stake down.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
We get it, life throws curveballs sometimes and things don't always go as planned. We will issue a full refund if you cancel more than two weeks out. We'll issue a 50% refund if you cancel between one and two weeks out. If you need to cancel within a week of the event there is no refund but we will work to reschedule with you.
CAN I USE THE BIG TENT FOR A DAYTIME EVENT?
Absolutely! The big tent is great for birthday parties, showers, graduation parties and other events. We will work with you on needed set up and take down time for your event.
